    Lalauran Millet Workshop welcomes you~

    • 2 hours
    • No Seasonal Restrictions

Lalauran Millet Workshop was established in June 2007 to revive traditional indigenous crops. Millet, red quinoa, and pigeon peas are precious ingredients in Paiwan cuisine and rituals. Over the years, our workshop has promoted these traditional crops, restoring their economic value and popularity. We operate a restaurant and sell agricultural products, using traditional ingredients and cooking methods to help guests learn about Paiwan culture and appreciate the tribe's commitment to sustainable land practices and traditional knowledge. Join our Qavai class and enjoy a delightful culinary journey.
